1. Where
do I find more information about a product?
Every solar light we advertise has a
detailed product description. If necessary

product description to view specifications,
dimensions
and additional
information.

How do I know
if an item is available?
If an item is unavailable or temporarily out
of stock, usually a notice is displayed
below the product description. Otherwise the
item is usually in stock.
3.
When will an
order be dispatched and how much is the shipping
cost?
Most orders are dispatched within 1-2
working days. In addition, please be patient
by allowing appropriate delivery time from 2
to 14 days, depending upon the postage
service you select. Postage costs and
delivery options are all displayed during
the check-out process once you have added
what you need to your shopping basket.

Can I get a
catalogue or brochure?
We do not publish or
post out catalogs or
brochures (with the exception of our solar
street lights). We believe this to be a
waste of paper and completely unnecessary in
this day and age. You can simply print off
any product of interest directly from our
web site.
5.
How do I place
an order?
Quite simply,
you can place your order here at our web
site. Payment is secure. Orders from
the general public will need to be made at
this web site.
We do not normally take orders, via the
telephone, from the general public unless
there are very specific or very unique circumstances.
6.
Do you send
orders internationally?
We
gladly accept international orders however
this web site is for UK & Eire customers
only. International customers should visit
our global web site
www.solarilluminations.com instead,
where we are able to dispatch international
orders, worldwide.
7.
Why do you generally only deliver orders to
the cardholder's address?
The reason is simple and logical. It
basically eliminates credit card fraud
because only the cardholder will be
receiving the order and not a fraudster
ordering with delivery to an alternative
address. All banks and card issuers
recommend this policy, for obvious reasons.
We also use AVS (Address Verification
System) to ensure the address matches the
credit cardholder's address.
