Everyone should have a battery tester. Without one you simply do not know whether a battery is charged or discharged. This simple, easy to use battery tester will confirm the battery status of any AAA, AA, C or D type cell, rechargeable or non-rechargeable and even 9 volt batteries too. It's a great tool for troubleshooting and if you have any problems with a solar light, the first thing to check is always the batteries to make sure they are charging up. Without knowing for sure, the condition of a battery, troubleshooting a solar light can be more difficult. Can also be used around the home to test batteries in toys, games, remote controls, electronic devices, flashlights and such like. Batteries not included.
