An innovative heavy duty solar powered marker light that has the possibility of various uses. Made in tough, polycarbobonate, this product is ideal for a variety of different applications. Its strong, sealed construction has a built-in Siemens solar cell panel. Six super bright coloured LED's project light outwards from two opposite sides (3 LED bulbs on each side) and fitted with reflectors which taper to the top. The light can be seen on the ground for a metre or so whilst the LED's are visible for several hundred metres. Applications can include lighting for pathways, driveways, walkways, steps, decks, docks, dangerous and hazardous areas. Other uses could include warehouse loading bays to assist vans and lorries reversing by being guided, construction sites, highway maintenance, civil works, industrial plants and facilities etc. Can be used for marking driveway entrances so visitors can easily locate. Can also be used on the top of boat dock pilings. Installation is simple because this product has a totally flat base allowing it to be surface mounted onto almost any solid surface such as wood, tarmac, brick, block, stone, cement or concrete. Can be fitted to the top of a post or pole. Great for areas where electricity is unavailable or too costly to install. Use for temporary, semi-permament or permanent applications. Illuminates for up to 12 hours or more (usually dusk to dawn) and is offered in white coloured light output with static (non-flashing LED's). Other versions (static or flashing) and other colours such as amber, red, green or blue are available via special order for large quantity purchases. Colour of product is clear.

Naturally, the illumination duration (light-up time) of most solar lights can reduce during winter months when the weather is poor and the days are shorter. During this time insolation hours decrease accordingly. This does not define the product as being 'defective' or 'not as described'.
