This solar powered light comprises of a lampshade that has been designed with a pedestal base specifically to fix to the top of a brick or stone pillar or column. While it may have many other uses, it is perfect for driveway entrance pillars or columns, especially when there is no electricity available or where it would be too difficult or too expensive to install electric wiring. It is not small in size like most solar lights so it should look in proportion with your surroundings. It may also be used in place an broken electric light fitting because with this solar powered light, installation is fast, simple and economical without the need for electricity or wiring. This cast aluminium solar pedestal light is fitted with 20 super bright LED bulbs which never need to be replaced and provide an output of approximately 15-20 watts. Easy to install. The solar panel is built into the top of the lampshade so it remains quite discreet. The light will automatically come on when it gets dark and illuminate for up to 6 hours or more. It has four clear glass sides. A new and very desirable addition to our Regency collection of lights to compliment our PO01 lamp post and the PL05 post/pole top light, which are both also available.
