We are pleased to offer the High-Lite solar powered street light within our collection as it's made exclusively for Solar Illuminations. This unique solar street light is not available anywhere else. This innovative, new, solar powered street light uses the latest LED technology to ensure optimum reliability and performance. It's all stainless steel construction sets it apart from all other solar street lights in its class. Its tough, durable, built to last and only available exclusively from Solar Illuminations because it's our own design. Illumination time is generally from dusk to dawn and is fully automated via a photocell (light sensor). This system stores reserve power to allow for up to several days of cloudy weather. The 'shoe-box' style light head is fitted with 320 LED's which have a typical lifespan of approximately 100,000 hours (about 22 years). The 320 LED lamp provide approximately 2000 Lumens. The light head attaches directly to the top of the pole. The 4 metre (13') pole has a integral base which can be bolted directly to a level, solid surface. A battery box is built into the lamp head unit to facilitate the rechargeable battery. The 50w solar panel is built neatly into the top of the lamp head unit. Light output is equal to approximately 200-250 Watts of conventional lighting. A great deal of research and development went into this street light to ensure the optimum in performance and reliability. The system is supplied complete. All stainless steel construction and finish. This solar powered street light is suitable for the illumination of small private roads, car parks, construction sites, pathways, loading bays, parks, public areas, communities and open areas etc. It can be used for permanent or temporary applications. If you require more powerful lighting or a taller pole then select product SL01 instead.

Each LED has a light output of greater than 8000 mcd and approx. 6 Lux (Lumens per square metre).
Each LED is rated at 3v / 15mA.
The 320 LED lamp provides approx. 2016 Lux (Lumens per square metre) or approx. 160 Candela.
Using a 4 metre (13') pole, average light pattern will provide approximately 30 Lux (Lumens per square metre) or 2.7 fc/ftc.
Approximately 7-13 Lux is achieved at about 4 Metres (13') away, e.g. at the ground within the general illumination area.
Each LED is rated at 3v DC / 15mA.
Polarity protected circuitry.
Power consumption at 12v DC is 1.5A / 18 Watts.
LED life is typically 100,000 hours or equal to about 22 years.

PHOTOMETRICS
336 LED lamp at 13' (4 Metres)
2016 Lumens at source, approximately.
Approximate Lux distribution:
At the base of the 4 Metre (13') pole, 1 metre forward = 55 Lux.
2 metres forward =49 Lux, 3 metres forward =32 Lux, 4 metres forward =19 Lux, 5 metres forward =13 Lux, 6 metres forward =9 Lux, 7 metres forward =4 Lux.
At the base of the 13' (4 Metre) pole, 1 metre to the left or 1 metre to the right = 50 Lux.
2 metres left/right =28 Lux, 3 metres left/right =12 Lux, 4 metres left/right =7 Lux, 5 metres left/right =4 Lux, 6 metres left/right =3 Lux, 7 metres left/right =2 Lux.
ILLUMINATION PATTERN (LUX DISTRIBUTION)
55 Lux (Lumens per square metre) at the base of pole.
One square metre is approximately 3' 3" x 3' 3" or approximately 1521 square inches of area.
For every 1 metre (3' 3") the Lux is 49, 32, 19, 13, 9 & 4 respectively.
At approximately 7 metres (23'), central to the pole, there is 4 Lux at the ground.
For every 1 metre (3' 3") the Lux is 50, 28, 12, 7, 4, 3 & 2 respectively, to the immediate left and immediate right side of the pole.
At approximately 7 metres (23'), to the direct left and direct right side of the pole, there is 2 Lux at the ground.

Time length of night time illumination is estimated and subject to various factors including (but not limited to) geographic location, seasons, temperature, weather conditions & location of product etc.
Shorter illumination time due to one or more of the above factors does not define the product as being defective or define the product as being advertised incorrectly.
We advertise and supply our solar lights to customers all over the world are therefore, naturally, we are unable to guarantee the nightly illumination time as it can vary and any time stated is quoted as 'up to' x amount hours.
Minor errors & omissions must be accepted.
Although unlikely, we reserve the right to supply this product with any minor alterations or minor changes to the specifications (shown above by text description or by photographs) due to different supplies or product batches received, incorporating such product changes made by the manufacturer, without further notice.
Descriptions, specifications and photographs are updated regularly but may not be current when minor changes to a product have only recently been made.
All solar lights must be used in a completely dark location at night time otherwise they may not illuminate. Nearby strong lighting sources or ambient lighting may affect the operation of a solar light. This does not define the product as being 'defective' or 'not as described'.
Naturally, the illumination duration (light-up time) of most solar lights can reduce during winter months when the weather is poor and the days are shorter. During this time insolation hours decrease accordingly. This does not define the product as being 'defective' or 'not as described'.
